Founded in 2013, MidAtlantic CPAs has experienced exponential growth since its start over 10 years ago. Initially intended to be a source of supplemental income through income tax preparation, our founders, Ryan and Keith discovered there was a tremendous need for accountants to help individuals and small businesses by listening to clients and building relationships. Over the years, the team has grown (Kristen gets a shout-out since she was the first one to join) and now services over a thousand clients and businesses throughout the United States. In 2023, we established our first physical office with the acquisition of Williamson CPAs in Laguna Hills, CA to compliment our virtual offerings.
Williamson CPAs was founded by John Williamson in 1992 when he left his partner position at a larger firm. He saw an opportunity to deliver higher quality service with a focus on a strong advisory relationship and he has used that mindset to drive all of his client relationships. His wife Shari, also a CPA, joined the firm in 1994. Today, the practice continues the legacy John created focusing on relationship over profits and continues to grow and serve clients of all types and sizes across Southern California. In 2023, after 30 years of servicing clients, Williamson CPAs was acquired by and is now a division of MidAtlantic CPAs.
Tim joined the MidAtlantic Group in 2024 with the creation of MidAtlantic Advisory. He has extensive advisory and analysis experience. Recently he was employed as a CFO of a media and production company, but has served as a financial consultant for many individuals and entities. He was a D1 tennis player, and lives in Central Utah. He is currently working on his CFA Designation.
A tax professional since 2013, Ivonne has helped individuals, families, businesses, as well as nonprofit organizations, estates and trusts. Her focus is to navigate the complex US Tax Code. Her years of experience and ongoing tax education enable her to solve the most complex tax issues.

She has also worked as a controller of a small business as well as a corporate accountant for an international company. She is a former military wife, which brought her from New Jersey to Hawaii for a couple years, where she made an appearance on the TV show Lost. She now makes her home in Pennsylvania with her husband and three daughters.

He has worked for multinational companies in the technology and healthcare sectors as well as for a resort in the hospitality industry. His experience includes starting several small businesses including being one of the founding partners for MidAtlantic CPAs. Keith is happily married and is the father of, an MACPA record, seven children.

She recently completed a master’s degree in accounting and is working toward her CPA certification. Jennifer lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons.
Serving as the Director of Business Operations for the Laguna Hills office of MidAtlantic CPAs, Tom joined the firm in 2023 at the time of the acquisition of Williamson CPAs. Tom has over 30 years of progressive experience in finance including time with Toyota, Disney and as an entrepreneur.
A graduate of Cal State Fullerton in Accounting, Brian brings almost a decade of experience with him to MidAtlantic CPAs. Brian joined the firm as part of the acquisition of Williamson & Co in 2023.
